You’re responsible for any activity under your account.

3. Scheduling and Payment

Residential users can request service through our mobile app.
Commercial fleet services may be handled through direct agreement.

All services are subject to availability. You agree to pay applicable fees at the time of service or according to your agreement.

4. Location and Access

We may need access to your vehicle at the time of delivery. If access isn’t possible, we may cancel or reschedule service.

You may be asked to share your location or select your service location manually.

5. Service Limitations

Fuel Up is not liable for:

Delays or cancellations due to weather, safety, or access issues.
User errors when submitting incorrect addresses or vehicle details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site or app (logo, branding, images, copy) is owned by Fuel Up. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.

You may stop using our services at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Fuel Up provides services “as-is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any indirect damages or loss resulting from the use of our services.
